Rev. Dr. Robert Schacht, in his own words

As First U continues to celebrate our 300th anniversary, this is part of a series in which we look back at the long-serving ministers of the 20th century. Sandy Schacht will present a sermon that was written by his father, Rev. Dr. Robert Schacht, Minister at First U from 1921 to 1968. “The Jesus That Schweitzer Found” offers a unique perspective to life at First U during those years. Special music will include Neil Bartholomew playing Bach on oboe from outside the Meeting House.
