The theme of the worship service and the message will be “Hope & Healing.”  Rev. Gene will share the pulpit with Tony Morettini, Volunteer RI Chapter Leader, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.

 

Rev. Gene Dyszlewski is a Community Minister at First U. He serves as Pastor of Lime Rock Baptist Church, Lincoln RI and is President of the Rhode Island State Council of Churches. Gene has been leading legislative advocacy campaigns for more than two decades. These include Marriage Equality, Domestic Violence Protections, Immigration Issues, and Gun Safety Laws. Gene’s current focus is on Freedom to Read (Protecting Librarians) and an Assault Rifle Ban.
