There’s No Place Like Home

Admit it – Who among us hasn’t viewed at least one episode of the myriad HGTV “fixer upper” reality-type shows and thought, if only it were that simple…? What about our selves rather than our houses? In terms of focus, rather than redesigning and renovating our homes (or our selves) to create our own version of perfection, perhaps we should consider the fact that, in reality, as individuals we are all “fixer uppers” – no one is flawless, and that is quite okay – actually, it is “perfectly perfect”.
