What moves you? What draws you to engage in ways that uplift and make whole–whether that’s a spiritual practice or work in the world or social justice? What ignites your head and heart in ways that surprise you? If we sift through all the disparate elements of our lives, we all likely find one or two “through lines” that tell us something about what we value, what we invest our energy in, and what we offer our communities and our world. Lynn will speak about this in her own life and invite you to examine some of these questions for yourself.

Lynn Koerbel has been a life-long seeker – of truth, beauty and meaning. She works at Brown’s School of Professional Studies, training people all over the world in mindfulness-based practices.
