As humans, we spend extraordinary amounts of time engaged in patterned behavior; and we tell ourselves stories about our experience: what we’re doing, the life in which we’re engaged; the people around us. What are some ways that this shows up in your life? And beyond the veil of “comfort” and familiarity, what might be possible, desirable, urgent as steps to take?
Evan Smith lives with wife Margaret on the East Side of Providence. When not at First U, he’s working as a growth coach for leaders and teams, deeply engaged in question-asking about humans and our patterns. His work with people is to help them see themselves and others more clearly, create more choices, and step into daily into practicing better versions of themselves.
