Dear First U Community,

Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo issued an Executive Order on March 17 stating, “Gatherings of 25 people or more are prohibited in Rhode Island.” She then provides a list of types of gatherings that this “includes, but is not limited to”, and that list includes faith-based events. The Order also states that “This order shall take effect on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until Monday, March 30, 2020, unless renewed, modified or terminated by subsequent Executive Order.”

In compliance with this Executive Order, First Unitarian will continue to be closed until March 30. As changes or updates occur, we will post them here.
