Come one, come all, to First U’s Annual Fall Auction Gala!

This year, we’re going ALL OUT, and taking over both floors of the Parish House for a real Night Out. Dress for a festive night out – you might win a prize!

Upon entering the Parish House on the night of November 9, you’ll be greeted with two parlors bursting with excitement, raffles, and auction items to bid on and peruse. There will be Cocktails & Mocktails by Katy, and BYO wine for dinner. A 3-course dinner will be served in the Atrium, followed by the Live Auction Extravaganza led by Grand Auctioneer Stew Armstrong in the Atrium. Can’t come for dinner? You’re still invited! Drop by anytime during the event to purchase raffle tickets and bid on items, or come by after dinner for just dessert & auctions! Everyone is welcome.

Tickets for the 3-course dinner are offered at $35 each, and will include the option of soup or salad, vegetarian or chicken main dish, and gourmet dessert. Cocktails available; BYO wine.

 

NEW! This year, we’re excited to have a large Basket Raffle as part of our fundraiser. Tickets will be on sale for $10 for 10 tickets, or $20 for 30 tickets.

Our Silent Auction features around 50 items, with most bids starting at $25-$50.

Our Live Auction Extravaganza will be the time to bid on our Vacation Homes, Fine Art & unique experiences!

As we filter through all our donations, more items will be added online and will pop up in person the night of November 9. We’re excited to offer close to 100 items for our in-person Gala! 

 

  • Doors Open at 5 pm.
    • Check in & get your paddle for the Live Auction, peruse and bid on the silent auction items, check out the fine jewelry table, purchase raffle tickets, grab a cocktail or mocktail, and hop into the photobooth!
  • Dinner will begin serving at 5:30, and will be served on a rolling basis as folks seat themselves in the Atrium.
    • Please note: Dinner will be served to you upon finding a seat at the tables in the atrium, not at a set dining time.
  • Dessert will be available for non-dinner patrons starting at 7 pm.
    • Can’t make it to dinner but still planning to come to the Gala? Join us for dessert & auction excitement!
  • Live Auction starts at 8 pm sharp in the Atrium.
    • Our Grand Auctioneer, Stew Armstrong, will take the podium & begin the big show!
  • Raffles Winners will be pulled directly following the Live Auction.

Children of Fall Auction Gala attendees are invited to a Pajama Party & Movie Night upstairs in the Auditorium thanks to the Spiritual Pathways program and kind volunteers!

Please note – this is not a sleepover! Please take your children home with you after the auction 😊

    • Of course!! Our Parlors will be full of excitement from raffle baskets to silent & live auction items. Everyone is welcome to drop in anytime during the event. Plus there will be dessert for all after 7 pm.
  • What about kids?
    • Not only do we have fun kid-themed items in our raffles, but the Spiritual Pathways team + kind volunteers will be holding a non-sleepover pajama party upstairs in the Auditorium for children of Auction attendees! Check the kids in upstairs & enjoy your night out downstairs!
