Saving the World by Empowering Its Women

In recent years, the world community has learned that empowering women to engage in their community’s economy has extraordinary benefits for health, safety, education, and wellness. In this service, we will celebrate how inclusion relieves suffering and brings hope. Professor Linda Scott is retired from the University of Oxford, where her work focused on finding ways to enable poor women in rural communities of developing countries to be economically autonomous.
