In a major initiative to make First Unitarian a safe and welcoming place for everyone, the Prudential Committee approved a new Safe and Civil Church Policy. Join us for a Congregational Conversation about church safety and this new policy.
A sub-group of the PruComm worked for several years to research and develop a new comprehensive safe church policy that addresses professional misconduct complaints, promotes appropriate behavior, and covers response to threats and incidents.
